The short video above clearly lets us know what is in Phuket FantaSea. Let me tell you, it is really a fun place to go. Besides being a theme park, it also have a very big restaurant which can accomodate 3000 people. The theme park is also a host for a very wonderful show which comprises of great lightings, people, props, stories and animals!!!
I had a wonderful time there & I believe you will too if you are going there. Chinese New Year holidays are coming. I would like to go there…. but then Vietnam trip is about to be confirmed. I guess I am going to Saigon liao. Need to save up a bit for the expenses then.
I am on the last day of the trip. Overall this trip is a very enjoyable one.
The hotel I must say is about 4 stars with everything provided. I have shot a video of it and is eagerly awaiting time to upload it.
The first day when we were here we didn’t really do much except check on & then go to nearby of Patong beach to look around. However we did a lot of things on the second day. We went to the beach, Phuket zoo, see the big Buddha of Phuket, went shopping at Phuket town- all these in the day.
For the night (for 2nd day) we went to the Phuket FantaSea theme park which I mentioned in my previous blog is really worth going. It’s much much better than Sentosa. Really. I managed to take some nice photos.

The third day, we went cruising- to the many islands near Phuket & one of the is the James Bond island.
The fourth day- that is today will be more R&R. Probably I will revisit the beach and then go to Patong beach nearby to buy sovenirs for family & friends.
Phuket FantaSea is actually a theme park in Phuket. It is a very wonderful place. Really. If any one of you are planning to go Phuket, you must really go to this theme park. Lots of games, great decor & great shows.

I will be going to Phuket during the Christmas period. This is the second time that I am going there. The last time I went was about 11 years ago.
Originally, I planned to go with my gf and 2 other friends; however there are some changes and I think I may be travelling with my kins. My mother and her sister will be going with me. The other person travelling with me is still unknown or rather unconfirmed. That person could be Sam or Jojo. Coz Jojo is now in Xiamen, China looking after her grandmother who is critically ill. It is still unknown when she will come back.

The Cheng Ho cruise is an ideal place to go if you have friends from overseas & you would like to bring them to do some sight-seeing.
Yesterday I brought Jojo and her uncle to the Cheng Ho cruise for sight-seeing & dinner (it’s on the ship). It was a great experience and we took some nice photos. It was a 2 hr 15 mins cruise around the Singapore waterfront. The food was ok- buffet style.
We started the tour at 6.30pm & ended at around 8.45pm. However because the pier is at Marina South, special arrangement must be made to ensure on-time arrival at the Marina pier. We were nearly late yesterday due to the bad weather . The scenery of course is good. I would recommend to friends who have intention to go for this Cheng Ho cruise at night to bring cameras.
